There have been threads like this in the pit. I have neighbors that do this too. It’s usually in the middle of the day and only a couple honks but it’s still annoying because my dog has to bark everytime. I’m sure everyone involved has phones, cell and land lines, call them instead! But it’s the middle of the day, only once or twice, so I know it’s not worth it to complain but I have been tempted to go out and honk my car horn in retaliation then I remember all the times I’ve accidentally hit the stupid panic button on my car keys and had it start honking at all sorts of odd hours so then I figure we’re even. Anyway, if your’s occurs on such a regular basis I’d just go over and talk to them and ask nicely if they could find a quieter method of communicating.
