# Were your parents nice?

My parents are nice. I had an awesome childhood. I kind of knew I had it good as a kid, but at the same time I kind of took it for granted. Like I thought my family life was normal and everyone whose parents were assholes were the weird ones. But in reality, there were more kids with asshole parents.
