I wonder if we could sub in new players, to replace people that are lurking. It’s still the first day, shouldn’t have too large an impact. I would suggest that if this is done, that the new players take on the same role as the old, and that the other players not be told what that role is except where appropriate (i.e., a replacement werewolf would become known to the other werewolves, and a replacement Mason would become known to the Masons.) Ultimately this is up to the GM, of course. ---

I would much prefer it to happen over the mod simply striking down lurkers, especially those who haven’t been on the dope at all since the game started. ---

I hope my low post count here doesn’t brand me a lurker. I work full time and take classes by the light of the moon–er, I mean, at night. Many nights I just go home and fall into bed without checking the boards. I’ll be a good participant, though, and won’t disappear on you. Unless I get lynched or ripped to shreds, of course. ---

I suppose a crosslink to the relevant [Werewolf game](http://boards.straightdope.com/sdmb/showthread.php?t=407197) would help. I’m not too sure who is who, I believe the Werewolves are laying low and a couple of the prominent Townspeople have foolishly tipped their hands. ---
