# Wesley Snipes indicted for tax fraud

Wesley Snipes [indicted](http://www.foxnews.com/story/0,2933,221599,00.html?sPage=fnc.foxlife/celebtrouble)  
(sorry for the foxnews link, it’s the first one to come up on a search). Apparently he used some hinky tax preparers.

I’m curious, is it ever possible for an individual to have a legitimate refund of $7.3 million or is filing for that much just begging for an IRS audit?

“It said the preparer, Douglas P. Rosile Sr., told clients that only income from foreign sources was subject to taxation.” :smack: Who would believe that??

He also tried to travel with a forged passport… I don’t understand. You’ve been paid a bazillion dollars over the years, pay the damn taxes, get a real passport, why could you possibly need to try and cheat?

I wonder how much jail time he’ll get.
