Who knows if Warworld was just a construct anyways… but if one is to use the Nazi analogy, it would only really work if the Nazis made and constructed and programmed the Jews and could demonstrate they did so (you know factories) - as Delos made, constructed, and programmed the hosts (and we see the construction process as well as the programming process quite a bit in Season 1). ---

Wasn’t there some thread describing a thought experiment where an AI is imprisoned in a “box”, and has to convince people to let it escape? I read that and thiught to myself, why does the AI need to convince anybody of anything— why would it be acceptable to imprison someone in the first place? (It is possible I missed some nuance about the AI being Skynet or misunderstood what was meant by “box”.) Of course Delos Inc. was never concerned with moral philosophy. ---

I really hope this Nazi/Jew analogy is a real-life version of the “What’s the square root of -1” question and ends up freezing up these shenanigans so we can reboot this thread.
