I really wanted to take my kids to see Whale Rider a few weeks ago. What’s more, I wanted to see it. Sadly, it seems that it is only playing in two theatres in “the area”… one is 30 miles away and the other is 40. So much for the vibrant cinema scene in Seattle. I’ll probably have to wait for DVD. Dammit.
