But just image how hurt the kid would have been if your car wasn’t there to “cushion” his fall. He would have struck his head on the hard pavement instead of your vehicle, which at least had some give. Your bad luck probably saved a life today. ---

I just had 3 phone calls. 1. From the cops telling me that twatty features who knocked the kid off has been found. Also the kid only suffered a broken finger and a few bruises. 2. Again from the cops, it seems that someone saw what happened with the Xmas tree, took the truckers number and he’s been found. 3. The garage called and my car will be ready for me to collect tomorrow. So that rounds it off, I don’t have to pay anything and I’m still in line for my cash refund. ---
