You know, that food you’re eating right now contains people. Maybe long dead people, processed by Mother Nature six times over, but a certain number of molecules were once people. I don’t see the horror of Soylent Green. After enough processing, I’d eat it. If the world was such a dystopian shithole as the film showed, NOT eating SG would be the sin. Why waste all that good protein? ---

Soylent Yellow is made from aliens actually. You know the sci-fi story _To Serve Man_? With the famous closing line, “It’s a cookbook!” Well, things worked out a little differently in the Soylent universe. The aliens _did_ show up, and promptly got Soylent-ized and eaten.
