Musk’s takeover is definitely now hostile, with the Twitter board adopting a poison-pill strategy to make it more difficult. Meanwhile, Musk is no longer even the largest minority shareholder; the asset management firm Vanguard Group now owns 10.3%. Twitter shares are trading well below Musk’s offer price. ---

I got a question about this publicity photo. I’ve seen this photo published in a lot of places. ALL of them have been this fuzzy. That sure doesn’t look like Trump to me. Do you think that is Trump in the photo? Or a look-alike-sort-of model they found and hired just for some photo shoots?
