Threadjack: Two new episodes of “Beavis and Butthead” were recently released, and were briefly on YouTube. One of them is Beavis having a conversation with a literal dumpster fire. The other one is them crashing an escape room. You can imagine the rest. ---

Yesterday on Trump Social, he posted links to articles about _his reaction_ to Queen Elizabeth’s death. And then posted a couple dozen pictures of him with her. He is nothing if not a predictable narcissist. I’m curious what he will do to draw attention to himself on the day of her funeral. ---

“Many people are saying I was the Queen’s favorite president. If she’d been younger I could’ve dated her, and maybe I’d be king now, maybe the most tremendous king there’s ever been. I remember reviewing her beautiful soldiers, one of them, a very strong guy, wouldn’t want to fight him, he had tears in his eyes and he said to me “Sir, you’ve done as much for your country as the queen has done for ours”. A supposed screenshot of a Truth Social post by Trump, claiming to have been “secretly” knighted by Elizabeth II, has been making the rounds of Twitter. Since it’s not been picked up by reputable news sources I assume it’s a fake. It was a believable fake, though, given Trump’s personality. Elizabeth may have been a woman of peace, but no doubt the temptation of sword-in-hand and Mango Menace-on-knees would have been tough to withstand for _many_. ---
