I find it amusing in an ironic way that there’s a line of Vivid Video pornstar figurines. None of them are poseable. What were they thinking? ---

Action figures from the Hannibal Lecter Trilogy, including a bed-ridden Mason Verger! The Hannibal Lecter doll comes complete with his basement cell “box”. Makeshift cage at the museum sold seperately. Dinner sets also sold seperately. And for the ultra-fans, an extra set including characters from the movie “Manhunter”. ---

I’m not big on action figures, but I’d pick up a set of figures from _Transmetropolitan_. **Bippy the Beardless** : I’ve considered making my own from pipe cleaners, old Barbie dolls and Elmer’s glue. “New from Mattel, the _Urotsukidoji Barbie!_” ---

Just out of curiosity, are there any “Buffy the Vampire Slayer” or “Angel” figures out there? (apart from the Angel-muppet?) I’d also like to see action figures based on - Steed & Mrs. Peel, Samantha, Darren & Endora & the rest of the “Bewitched” gang, and most of all, classic “Twilight Zone” characters - the aliens who’d like “to serve man”, the alternate universe “normal” (i.e. ugly) characters, the evil little & his jack-in-the-box from “it’s a good life”, and of course a Rod Serling figure! How cool would they be? ---

A very good, and detailed (if not exact) likeness, articulated at neck, shoulders, upper arms, elbows, wrists, hips, and knees. ---

Another toy company started a Saturday Night Live action figure line, but it didn’t sell well (probably due to horrible character choices) and never continued. The first and only series consisted of the Samurai Baker (John Belushi), Goat Boy (Jim Breuer), Mary-Katherine Gallagher (Molly Shannon), and Nat X (Chris Rock). WTF?!? There are plenty of Blues Brothers collectibles around if you look, but not any actual “action figures” as far as I know. ---
