Female lead-she gets betrayed by her bad-guy lover who then shoots her, causing amnesia, so she tracks him down as a federal agent of some kind? I want to say 80’s? It wasn’t a big-name actress or someone like Cynthia Rothrock who had a few action movies to their name. ---

I did finally discover what it was by looking at the Netflix DVD thing since I had rented it in the past. Didn’t know it could be done. “Excessive Force: Force on Force” with Stacie Randall. Sorry if I wasted anyone’s time. ---

It made me think of the French film **Les ripoux** (Crooked Cops) which had a sequel **Ripoux contre ripoux** (Crooked Cops Vs. Crooked Cops). And also **Ballistic: Ecks Vs. Sever**. ---
