# What actor's been action figured the most?

Um, yeah, so that’s the question. Who’s been made into a commercially produced action figure for the most roles? In considering, each role counts once. So for example Ian McKellen gets two, one for Magneto and one for Gandalf, as opposed to five (two X-movies and three LOTR movies). Also the figure has to be identifiable as the actor. So Tobey Maguire gets one for Spider-Man figures tied into the movies but he doesn’t get credit for any other Spider-Man figures produced.
Off the top of my head, I have:
McKellen as mentioned with two;
Patrick Stewart with two, for Picard and Professor X;
Harrison Ford with two, for Indiana Jones and Han Solo.
Anyone got three, or more?

Well, Harrison Ford has three. He’s also got an action figure from [Blade Runner](http://cgi.ebay.ca/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&category=348&item=5975357946&rd=1).
But I would guess that Arnold has the most:
- Conan
- The Terminator
- Dutch from Predator (not sure)
- Douglas Quaid from Total Recall (not sure)
- Mr. Freeze from Batman & Robin

He’s got at least three. They made action figures for the David Lynch version of Dune, and as I recall they had one of Patrick Stewart as Gurney Halleck.
I wouldn’t be surprised if Ahnold takes this, though.

Voice characterizations don’t count (otherwise you’d probably have to give the crown to Frank Oz for Yoda and all the Muppets).

I’m a bit surprised Japanese actors don’t appear to be action figured much. Near as I can tell Bruce Lee humself only has four (Game of Death, Kato, Enter The Dragon and Fists of Fury); Toshiro Mifune three (Seven Samurai, Yojimbo and a I third I can’t remember); Sonny Chiba, two; Jackie Chan two or three. I haven’t checked out Jet Li, Steven Chow or Chow Yung Fat yet.

Sorry, I looked that one up, there was no Gurney Dune action figure.
Has anyone got links for Arnie figures from Conan, Predator, Total Recall, Mr Freeze etc. (that is Arnie based figures, not just character figures with no likeness)
I’m still holding out on Christopher Lee’s chances 😉

There was DEFINITELY a Mr. Freeze figure from Batman and Robin, based directly on the movie character designs. But with all the Predator figures they made, I don’t believe they ever made Dutch Schaefer (Arnold’s character). Not so sure about Quade from Total Recall either.
**Wil** , I can’t think of any Tom Hanks figures off the top of my head, unless some smaller company did a 12" Forrest Gump or a set of the Apollo 13 astronauts. There was one lame Tom Cruise-based Mission Impossible figure that I saw once, warming the pegs forlornly at a Spencer Gifts store, but I can’t think of any others. And I’m pretty sure there would be a 12" Man With No Name from the Clint Eastwood/Sergio Leone spaghetti westerns, but not any smaller or more mainstream action figures. Those three guys have avoided a lot of genre films and franchises, which are usually the movies that get toys and other merchandise made.

I’m sure that there are. There are action figures of porn stars after all. But I guess the true test for a porn star is to have models of your genitalia made.
