Yeah, I never heard that one either. H and D (horse and dope, often by the letters alone) were always pretty common. Never heard IRL “scag” or “junk.” I’ve heard people call weed “dope” on TV and such, but it was always heroin when I heard people IRL use the term “dope.”
For blow, just a little index finger rubbed on the side of a nostril seems to be sufficient.
