# What are the limits of the First Amendment in terms of search engine content?

But yes, part of the issue - the government may put reasonable limits on free speech. DMCA apparently was one.

When I was travelling Europe I do recall coming across websites （I recall searching for information on pest control) denying access citiing "General Data Protection Regulation(GDPR) ".
