Nor does the Second Amendment accomplish anything but harm, unlike say the First. Thats right the Supreme Court of the united States of America were deep in the pocket of Smith & Wesson when they ruled that the prefatory clause does not limit the operative clause. And frankly, I am surprised that you don’t think the first amendment does any harm considering your position on the effect of religion on our society and in the world generally.
