My best laugh of the day. Thanks.
The Occupy people just won a state appeal in a free-speech case: Court ruling in Occupy Cleveland case opens the door for late-night protests in Public Square - cleveland.com
Thanks for that link!
The OWSers did get involved in hurricane-relief efforts – they call it “Occupy Sandy.”
If you are willing to accept answers about all Occupiers, rather than just OWS, Occupy Toronto seems to have switched over en masse to protesting the Line 9 reversal.
What is the Line 9 reversal?
From the Economist:
" Enbridge, an energy distributor, wants permission to reverse the flow of Line 9, a duct of 195km (121 miles) which moves imported oil westward to petrochemical plants in Sarnia, Ontario. Instead, Enbridge wants the pipeline to carry light crude oil eastward, from Alberta and North Dakota to a refinery in Nanticoke, Ontario, and then to others in Quebec.".

I’m not suggesting this is the official stance of Occupy Toronto; rather that all the people I know who were in Occupy Toronto now seem to be protesting this, or part of the IdleNoMore protests currently shutting down the Eaton Centre, the very large mall in the middle of down town Toronto (the two things are related, but I’m not informed enough to know how).
