Yeah, I’m not registered to vote and I’ve been called twice in the last two years.

> I was last called in the 1980s. Of course, I’m registered to vote based on my family’s last residence in Texas. That is no more, and I own no property there, so I might not even know if I’m called. No warrants appear to be out for me though, or at least no one’s arrested me at any airport in the US when I arrive or leave.

On a side note, I keep up a good e-mail correspondence with my voter registrar in Texas around every election time, and she knows my situation and that I haven’t lived there in years and years. Seems as long as I’m not a resident in some other state, I can maintain my voter eligibility there indefinitely. But she’s never mentioned the jury-duty thing. I wonder if I’m flagged in some way that the computer knows I’m a foreign resident.
