OP ANSWERED : The movie was a [smash success](http://www.boxofficemojo.com/movies/?id=scott2016.htm). Can’t really say what the odds of it being a success were, given it’s only one data point, but I was pleasantly surprised when I saw it. I mean, I knew it was a good story - look how long ago my OP was posted - but actually _seeing_ the same events in 3d was awe inspiring. ---
