I can’t hear during sex [so, yes I know lots of you guys are going to have fun with that one]; but this surprisingly doesn’t effect things all that much. I kinda think that its better cause girls no I can’t hear them say ‘no’ or ‘not there…’ Only little mishaps with that have happened…use your imagination. ---

Yeah Doc, that’s a major one. As for hearing during sex, Im actually deafened, so no hear during sex. Plus its not cause my ears are pressed against her thighs… Anyone know the medical reason why too many partners often leads to cervical cancer? If there is one. I don’t think too much sex does it, however, just partners. ---

I think “too much partying” led to hysterectomy via several steps. Too much partying -\> too much liquor -\> a reduction in standards for sex partners -\> too many sex partners -\> health problems. What the health problems are, I don’t know. Cancer, inflammation, STDs, etc. (I probably can’t handle the truth.) Anyway, promiscuity is supposed to be a risk factor, and sometimes hysterectomies are the only way to deal with the health problems. By the way, anybody know anything about what happens when a fella is erect for too long? There is supposed to be something terrible that happens to male genitalia during extended arousal. I’ve heard one hour being the safe limit, but then plenty of people I know have claimed to have had sex for five hours at a stretch, and they couldn’t _possbly_ have been exaggerating, could they? What the devil! I just asked what this extended erection problem was, but I’ve already admitted that I can’t handle the truth. So if you know the answer, post it, and I promise (myself) not to read the it. ---

\*priapism[/p] is the condition in question. It isn’t so much a erection maintained for a set length of time which is unhealthy, it is a condition where the erection will not go down short of surgury. The damage is caused by this condition going on for 24-36 hours or so. In short 6-8 hours is just a spirited youth 😃 ---

According to my brother (a former EMT and police officer) priapism usually only comes as a result of spinal injury. I found this hard to believe, but that’s what he says. Possible bad physical effect of sex is loss of consciousness. Many years ago after a hot, sweaty romp in a dorm-room bed with my (now ex-) girlfriend, I fainted right on top of her and had convulsions for several seconds. I once made this same woman pass out in bed several years later (we were together for a long time) after about a score of orgasms. While LOC is not particularly healthy, it makes a fine exclamation point to sex – it has to be _really_ good. –Da Cap’n A great lay ---

Sassy, ‘verb’ is a noun 🙂 Anyway, it seems usually about 20 years after all that ‘partying’ or starting sex too early [usually under 17] is when things start to happen to the female reproductive system. Fibroids, for example. But then remember that there are a lot of diseases that we don’t know about yet & we carry them anyway until science someday, finds them. ---

Cap’n - thank you! As one who has gone through the misdiagnosis and years of pain that was supposedly all in my head, and who ended up having a hysterectomy (because nothing else worked), I would hate be be also branded as a slut who deserved it. In fact, I was a late bloomer and always quite choosy about partners. Can’t say there weren’t some choices I now regret, but I was always protected - never even worried about pregnancy etc. I had fun, but I was not foolish - and my doctor said that they don’t know what causes women to develop fibroids. * * * The reason gentlemen prefer blondes is that there are not enough redheads to go around.
