Zoology, especially the ‘weird facts’ sort of zoology.
Fixing things.
Flammable liquid firefighting and systems for fueling aircraft.
Which is convenient, since if the latter goes horrifically wrong, the former becomes fairly important.
Yeah, I’m pretty good at that, too. Also troubleshooting problems.
It’s an elementary school. It’s project-based learning with a new name. The idea is that students will come up with a question to pursue, a problem to solve, and will learn reading and math skills by researching possible solutions. I just wonder how many lower elementary kids will be able to come up with a question worth answering. I suspect many of the showcase projects used to advertise the program came from adults.
I wasn’t thinking about the CNMI when you asked me, if that’s what you meant.
I would really enjoy holding you captive for a day hearing your critters and explorations.
I would love to talk with you someday on bread. I have been trying to perfect my mothers Cinnamon roll recipe and just can’t seem to get the bread exactly right. One big change I made recently that seemed to be a big jump in the right direction was making sure yeast was extra fresh. Hard to describe what I am missing. I get it too sweet or not sweet enough, cream cheese makes it too rich, butter too something and shortening is just missing something. I can’t identify what I need to do. Can you recommend a recipe for cinnamon roll bread?
What I am considered to be an expert at is highly over rated, building primitive all wood archery bows. What I would like to be considered an expert on relates to certain aspects of human behavior and social interactions. I am not articulate enough to really properly discuss it or write about it so I feel somewhat satisfied just doing my little research thing and taking notes.

Of all the things I’m knowledgeable about, however, I guess I would have to put temperature sensors at the top of the list. Though not an expert, I know quite a bit about the construction, use, and calibration of temperature sensors (e.g. PRTs, SPRTs, thermistors, thermocouples, LiGs).
Two-dimensional Autocad. Some 3D, but no Solidworks or other fancy stuff. Just the CAD most businesses need.

I’m currently using some pots my mother had before I was born – and I’m 68. There’s nothing wrong with the pots.
Do you mean not pots as in something-to-cook-in but pots as in potted up, as in canned goods?
– In some circles, I’d be the expert on certified organic fresh-market produce farming. But I know other people equally or more expert on the subject, also. Farmers probably tend to know other farmers, and so on. And it would also depend on where in the world you’re talking about – a lot of farming knowledge is climate, soil, and beneficial/nonbeneficial organism dependent, and all those things vary considerably in different parts of the world.
