Trump promised every adult $5,000 if the Republicans hold onto the House and Senate. The bond market didn’t react, so either they think he’s lying or that the Dems will win, I guess. But, I’m bought in! Let’s spend that money! Spend it on hookers and blow? Not too many, I guess – $5k won’t go too far, I imagine. Maybe give it to Mamdani’s campaign? The DNC? Epstein victims? Send it to Carney’s reelection campaign? That’s probably not legal, I guess. Buy Canadian goods? Give it to Planned Parenthood? PBS? NPR? So many options! What will you do when the check shows up? ---
