# What are you hungry for right now?

A patty melt. Two slices of rye bread that have been grilled encasing a chopped sirloin burger done medium with sauteed onions and a big dollup of ketchup. 😛

Don’t forget the swiss cheese! That’s what makes it a _melt_. I’d rather dip mine in ketchup, though.

I’m craving some ooey gooey lasagna.

I know how you feel. Haven’t found one up here in the PNW either. Actually, I’ve only found _one_ take-out place to by a gyro. They’re okay, only they use frozen shawerma strips instead of slicing the meat off of a rotisserie. And they don’t have falafel. (Fortunately the supermarket has falafel mix.) I often wish I could go to the falafel stand across the street from Santa Monica College for a gyro and some falafel balls. They make the best. Good hot sauce.
