Since this IS the pit, and I got moderator-pilloried for suggesting that the whole concept might be a bit silly… How about songs starting with a completely non-phonetic symbol (like Prince’s erstwhile moniker)? It’s silent, of course. I just wrote a song called ‘\_\_\_\_’ to illustrate the point. As Alan Jackson said in ‘Talking song repair blues’: " It may be a hit. I like it!". ---
