Please Don’t Hate Me, Insane Clown Posse (2000) Power Bars, Kev Brown feat. Grap Luva (2004) Phuk U, Canibus (2000) These are examples of clever, well constructed, erudite rap lyrics. The Canibus one isn’t my favorite of his, but the best ones are earlier in the alphabet. The Insane Clown Posse one is simply hilarious (and very NSFW) – and a fun counterpoint to all the (well-deserved) Eminem love in this series of threads. The cleverest rapper of all (IMHO), Chino XL, will appear when we get to W. Serious poetry. ---

> [@Eric\_C](#): > > Looking ahead, I have no songs on my shortlist for Q and X but more than 20 each for S, T, and W. Could be some feast or famine elections coming up. I’ve got no Q songs either (my one modern one is a cover of a 1970s song), but I’ve got a half dozen X songs and one lonely Z. If V gets lumped in again, it should be fine. But yeah, there’s going to be lots of R, S, T, W and Y songs (I mean, just the ones starting “You” and “Your” will be considerable, I’m guessing). ---
