_Songs in the Key of LIfe_ is such a great album. Double album, I should say. ---

Yeah, but they kissed and made up. Years later, Coolio said: > “It was one of the less smart things I’ve done in my career. Shit, he parodied Michael Jackson, he parodied Prince, he parodied all kind of cats that are much more of an artist than I’ll ever be and they didn’t say shit. I shouldn’t have said shit. It actually made me look kind of stupid and small. I’m not going to say I regret it, but I kind of do, I regret that shit. I should have just let it go.” I never liked _Gangsta’s Paradise_, but _Fantastic Voyage_ is a great song. R.I.P. ---

Trying to figure out how Elton’s Goodbye Yellow Brick Road (the title cut) got 66%, but an excellent song off the same album, Grey Seal, only got 5%. ---

I get why Elton’s title cut got so many votes, but I agree that Grey Seal deserves more. There are many outstanding deep cuts on that album. mmm [Previous page](https://boards.straightdope.com/t/what-are-your-favorite-songs-that-begins-with-the-letter-g-see-rules-in-op-final-poll-added/993242.md?page=4)
