Back before I discovered the SDMB, when I got bored online, I’d try typing in [www.x.com](http://www.x.com), where x is whatever random word or phrase popped into my head, and see what came up. This lead to the discovery of a host of strange websites. My favorites: [Purple.com](http://www.purple.com) [RoastChicken.com](http://www.roastchicken.com) [JesusSucks.com](http://www.jesussucks.com) (keep your eye on the URL) Anybody else got any weird websites they’d like to share? ---

No, but when I clicked on your [www.x.com](http://www.x.com) link for kicks, I was redicrected to a PayPal page saying “Payment Processing,” then immediately afterwards to the PayPal home page. Scary. :eek: ---

I like checking in with [Pointless Sites](http://www.pointlesssites.com/) from time to time. They feature sites that are … well … pointless. (And yes, [purple.com](http://purple.com) is on it. But not [roastchicken.com](http://roastchicken.com), probably because that’s not altogether _entirely_ useless) ---
