Well, only if she catches me at it, and even then, probably only if she actually knows the lady I’m flirting with. Ladies more than, say, one state’s width away and having little or no connection with the SCA are are most likely safe. For me to flirt with, as it were.

I think we should do something with all these hobbies. Like match up people who have similar hobbies, or maybe someone who’s not very good with someone who is, or maybe form little Doperish clubs.

Woohoo! Sucky knitters unite! We will get together and knit trapezoidal afghans, mittens without thumbs, socks without heels, and 50’ long scarves! All in funky colours and textures. The old ladies will shake their heads at us, and cluck their tongues, and mutter, “Young punks. When will they learn to purl?”
And we will knit vibrant, shocking tea cosies and slip them over their teapots when they aren’t looking… and they will know it was us, because it will be lopsided.

I build weird (real-life) and weapons of mass destruction on a flight simulator, just to prove it can be done. I tell ya, I’ve spent many a long, tranquil hour plotting out the geometry of a fuselage or a bomb casing with a wooden ruler and a mechanical pencil.
I also write Daria fanfic. (Slowly.)
