My TV schedule is like the list at posh club, not just anyone gets in. Despite the ravings of 24 and Lost cultists I refuse to watch those shows for fear that I might like them and have to add them to the list. I just don’t have room in my life (or tivo) for a new show. _24_ on Mondays, _House_ on Tuesdays, _Lost_ on Wednesdays. Maybe _CSI_ on Thursdays, although I’m watching it less and less. _The Daily Show with Jon Stewart_ whenever I can catch it. On DVD I have _Firefly_, _Huff_, _Dead Like Me_, _The X-Files_… ---

America’s Next Top Model (Say it loud and say it proud: “Shut up! It’s cool!”) and Lost are the only ones I go out of my way to watch or keep up with what’s going on. But if I happen to be bored (like that ever happens…) shows that I’ll watch without checking to see if anything else is on are Law and Order (any type) CSI (only Las Vegas) Without a Trace, Mythbusters, and Good Eats. ---

The only shows of mine that are still in production are 24, The Shield, Scrubs, The Office, and My Name Is Earl. Oh yeah, I guess I’m a How I Met Your Mother convert, too. ---

Sticking to shows currently being (or recently been) broadcast here that I try not to miss: House Monk CSI (even Miami sometimes) Battlestar Galactica Top Gear QI Dr Who and (tries to sneak this by un-noticed) Bones Old shows that I’ll catch when they’re on The Clangers (obviously) The Rockford Files – both BBC2 and ITV1 have been showing this intermittently for a while, sometimes at the same time. Sometimes I’ll take a peak at Trek (any flavour) to see which episode I’m not bothering to watch (oh, _that_ one) since I’ve seen every episode at least twice I just don’t bother any more. On DVD I have Criminal Minds and Huff though they’ve not yet been on air over here. ---

I don’t have cable, so the list is short: Cold Case (Wife Swap, if it’s on while I’m waiting for…) The Apprentice NCIS That’s it. I didn’t watch Amazing Race this season, and I’m not sure if I’ve lost interest or if I just had too freaking much going on. ---

**Appointment TV:** Grey’s Anatomy Prison Break Gilmore Girls Veronica Mars (I didn’t watch it last year, but I just finished Season 1 on DVD and I’ve tivo’d Season 2 and it’s appointment TV this year!) Lost Supernatural **Tivo it/Watch if I catch it:** America’s Next Top Model House Invasion (I didn’t watch the whole season, but what a great finale! Sad it won’t be back.) One Tree Hill The Daily Show/The Colbert Report (I tivo it, but I don’t always get to all of them) So NoTorious (I know…) The Surreal Life (Zip it!) Best Week Ever/Celebrity Eye Candy/I Love the Whatever/Top 20 or 40 or 100 Whatever on VH1. House Medium Iron Chef (original) Mythbusters Cold Case (a recent conversion - I saw a couple of shows and loved them even though it has been on for years I think) The Simpsons (although I have missed a few recently without any angst which usually means I will soon stop watching) Arrested Development, Scrubs and Family Guy when possible but all are late night shows here so I see them infrequently. Three Aussie shows: [RocKwiz](http://www20.sbs.com.au/rockwiz/) a funny rock ‘n’ roll game show [Nerds FC](http://www20.sbs.com.au/nerdsfc/) where two professional soccer coaches try to turn a team of nerds into a soccer team. The only reality TV show I have ever enjoyed because the guys are so intelligent and pleasant and don’t care if they look like fools. Thank God Your Here - a deceptively simple setup where each week 4 comedians are thrown into scenes with a bunch of other actors. The other actors know what is going on but the comedian doesn’t. A kind of variant of Whose Line Is It Anyway but with the extra charm of evryone but one person playing it straight. ---
