Don’t call those numbers. They are 900 numbers which means you will be billed some unknown amount per minute. That’s probably the goal of this. To get angry or amused people to call. ---

+91 is the international dialling code for India. Our spammer is inviting us to dial a number in India. However, if you’re in Ireland, 091 is the STD code for a number in Galway. If you’re calling from outside Ireland, it’s +353 91. ---

STD is a standard term across much of the world for what the US and Canada know as long-distance calls, but it does mean that India is full of “STD Booths”, as they are known, some of which look [decidedly dodgy](http://photos1.blogger.com/blogger/3947/894/1600/STD%20booth.jpg). This always amuses me when I go back to India. “Your choice of STD today, sir. Special discount on syphilis!” ---

The whole page was flooded with posts that had a phone number beginning with the +91 international dialing code in the title. Mods deleted all of them around 8am EDT.
