I’ve got
The _Interactive Reader_ on the bottom of the pile, a stupid freshman english text which we paid for and only used twice,
the January issue of Popular Science (Journey to the 10th dimension),
“Introduction to Francis Schaeffer”,
_Deutsch Heute_–a German text (ironically outdated)
Some kind of Home Depot catalog,
the April issue of Pop Sci (Moon Base!)
and _Exploring Psychology_, an infinitely useful text a dear friend gave me.

I’ve got a year’s worth of old Reader’s Digests - from the late 90s - and an Uncle John’s Bathroom Reader composite of editions 4-6. The Digests are about to be tossed into recycling. The reader will be packed.

-Scientifc American (multiple issies)
-A old government book _The Effects of Nuclear Weapons_ by the Department of Defense or so in ca. 1950 ☹
-Time (multipe issues) :rolleyes:

-National Geographic (newest one with the tornado chaser story)
-Stephen King _The Gunslinger_
there are a few other random mags in there too, I just don’t remember what exactly as I am at work 😃

Because I don’t have any reading material in my bathroom (unless you count various shampoo bottles and the plastic wrapper from the last batch of t.p. that I haven’t thrown out yet) I’m reminded of the Seinfeld episode where George tries to return an expensive coffee table book and the clerk wouldn’t take it back because it had been in the bathroom. He couldn’t even get a thrift store to take it. Their reasons are my reasons that the twain shouldn’t meet.
