I try to only eat pastured butter. I was a Plugra girl until I found [Rochdale Farms Hand-Rolled Butter](http://www.wedge.coop/deli-cheese/rochdale-farms-cheese-butter). By far, the best butter I’ve ever tasted. I could eat that stuff with a spoon! ---

Store brand, unsalted. I don’t ever put it on bread or anything, though; I only cook with it. I don’t do any baking, either. I grew up on Parkay, and didn’t switch to real butter until a few years ago. One day I realized that the calorie/fat content in real butter wasn’t bad enough to justify the worse taste/texture that came from using margarine. Plus, butter is cheaper. ---

I use Olivio which I started using a couple years ago when Olive Oil was in the news a lot because it’s so healthy. ---
