# What can I do with a can of sugarcane?

I was at a kooky grocery store recently (Corrado’s in Clifton, NJ) and picked up a can of sugarcane in water, just for the hell of it. But I can’t seem to find many recipe online, nothing very interesting at least. What should I do with it? Besides opening the can and chewing–mightn’t be good for the teeth y’know.

Too bad your store is so far up north or I’d pick some up myself.  
Just chew it raw – it’s the best! Skin it and take the knuckles out first.
