My pink and yellow camisole. I have this outfit all planned and ready to wear (well, two-thirds of it, at least) but I can’t find it anywhere. I took it with me to Montreal, brought it back, unpacked it and \>poof\< it disappeared. Of course I’ll find it in the dead of winter with nary an outfit to go with it… ---

Our cat’s collar (with her rabies tag). I even hurt myself moving stuff around in the basement so I could look in little spaces where she might have stuck her head. Our late cat also lost a collar that we never found. We’ll probably find them both in the same place. ---

My husband’s Donovan McNabb jersey. I KNOW we packed it before we moved, we didn’t just leave it hanging in the closet. When we unpacked, it was nowhere to be found. Just disappeared. Not in the box with his other sports jerseys, not in the box with his winter clothing. Just. Gone. He’s upset, I had a good little snicker in private when he was off sulking. ---
