All this discussion of Oyster cards reminded me - I don’t carry mine in my wallet because I find that either the wallet or some other card in there interferes with the process; Oyster lives on its own in my back pocket. I also prefer to keep it separate so that on a night out, I’ll have to lose two things before I find myself unable to get home. So far, neither has been lost, thank heavens. ---

Let’s see. I currently have: Left fold, front to back: A card tracking my beer consumption at a local drinkery. A card that gets me a buck off purchases at the BBQ place right by my work. Library card. AAA card. Credit Card. Auto insurance identification. Right fold, front to back: Gamestop rewards card. Health insurance card. Debit card. My driver license is in the middle fold thing. ---

- Driver’s license - Mastercard - Discover - Amex (corporate card) - Debit card - Two grocery store loyalty cards (one of which will go away, as that store is going out of business next month) - Health insurance card - Healthcare spending account card (technically a Visa card) - AAA card - Membership card for the Morton Arboretum (kept in my wallet because I go there fairly frequently to run) I also have a stack of 20-odd frequent buyer cards, membership cards, etc., which I use only infrequently. I keep them in a dresser drawer, and only put them in my wallet when needed. ---

Purse one: - ATM / debit cards from two SG accounts (transitioning from crappy bank to slightly less crappy bank) - library cards for self and two daughters - doctors business card - appointment card for hairdresser - stamp card for favourite sushi place - ID cards for self and two daughters (which you need for everything in SG, this has been a surprise) - EZ link transport pass for self and older daughter - lift pass for condo and front door key - cab charge card which is actually husband’s, shouldn’t be here and probably means he’ll have to pay for his cab home tonight - UK credit card with 0 balance for emergencies/ Christmas shopping Purse two: - UK ATM / debit card - UK credit cards x 2 - plus UK stamps and photos of my mum and older daughter which I should move to the other purse and supplement with younger daughter ---
