How about librarian? If you like books and you’re free to relocate you shouldn’t have a problem getting a job. I’ve heard there’s supposed to be a shortage.

Become a Taekwondo instructor. Check out www.ATAOnline.com and see if there is an ATA school near you. Start training with them, earn your Black Belt and become certified as an instructor.
