# What champagne for mimosa?

I’m a fan of Mionetto Prosecco and usually have a couple bottles on hand… good for mimosa’s or by itself.

For a change you can also use a [sparkling shiraz](http://www.wine.com/v6/The-Chook-Sparkling-Shiraz/wine/122277/Detail.aspx), which is quite a bit less sweet and turns the oj an awesome colour!
