Well, East Coast girls are hip. I really dig those styles they wear. And the Southern girls, with the way they talk…they knock me out when I’m down there. The Midwest farmers daughters really make you feel alright. And the northern girls - with the way they kiss - \*they \*keep their boyfriends warm at night… ---

The closest I can think of, again, is LA if you are halfway respected in the art/entertainment industry and surround yourself with groupies and hangers on. Even when the women are slutty, they are probably going to be fairly picky. Aside from that your best bet is to just visit a nation where prostitution is legal. I think in Germany it is only like $60 for sex. Failing that, the best answer I have is lower your (physical) standards and hang out at bars at closing time. Failing that, move to a dirt poor nation and try your luck there. You’ll possibly get robbed instead of laid though. If you can find a city that is geographically isolated and has a huge imbalance of women to men (maybe 3 women to every 1 men) then maybe you’ll find all 3 of your criteria. But what city would that be? ---

I think it’s a pretty safe bet that one would find the highest concentration of promiscuity girls in these locations.
