For a somewhat serious answer to our befuddled OP, I think you’ll find that most large cities and towns in the developed world have roughly the same percentage of girls who are promiscuous. The numbers seem to be affected by the rate of alcohol consumption: IOW, young ladies who tend to drink enough to get shitfaced will then fuck anything. (Of course, sometimes this is effectively rape, but we won’t go into that here). What will change this dynamic is the proportion of males to females: thus, if you have a community where females are overrepresented, then they will be more ‘promiscuous’ and less picky, because the number of available men is severely limited. Personally, I can’t think of a community like this, but hey, we’re talking hypotheticals, right? I was a promiscuity girl once upon a time. It doesn’t really matter how promiscuous a woman is. If she wants to get laid, she’ll find someone to volunteer. So the OP needs to stop thinking all he has to do is show up in the right place and the women will be so desperate for loving, he won’t have to put any effort into it. What the OP needs to do is stop looking for promiscuity girls and start looking at himself. You want to have sex with women? Be the kind of man women want to have sex with. ---
