That’s certainly not how British people play pocket billiards.
I don’t think that is far off. I haven’t been in a position in which I had to write tickets for a while but I’ve never seen a correlation between car color and tickets. As you say most cars seem to be neutral colors now.
The cops may ticket red and black cars but when they see a baby poop green car or a Prius they run it off the road.
