Mitch Hedberg? He’s the most “stoner-looking” comedian I can think of being shown on Comedy Central. He has somewhat-long dark hair and does a lot of jokes about food–kind of like a slurred, stoned update of Stephen Wright’s act.

They don’t look as much alike as I originally thought but those two could surely pass as brothers.
