15 mg of Versed (Midazolam). that is a scheduled drug, but i know a guy (ie, i know him over the internet) whose sleep is so messed up that has taken up to 200mg of Diphenhydramine Hcl (the main ingredient in most OTC sleeping pills) and gotten no effects from it. After 15 mg of versed he fell asleep even though he drank a double expresso beforehand.
HeyHomie, I’m with kspharm, I wouldn’t do anything as drastic as taking the Night Train, Tylenol PM and Meclizine HCL all together. And if you do, remember, I voted against it! How about going to a couple of local pharmacies and asking the pharmacists for advice? Pharmacists are a great source of information. They’re usually more informed than doctors about over the counter and prescription medications, are a lot more accessible and are usually more than happy to take the time to help you out. If the first one you talk to doesn’t have any useful information, maybe the next one will. Good luck, and let us know how it went when you get back.
One of Ms. Undhow’s favorite movies is Little Women; we own it on DVD. I have no idea what the plot of the film is (and no, I haven’t read the book) because I fall asleep within 5 minutes of it starting. Every time. Without fail. Even if I’m totally rested.
Assuming the OP is male, you might want to try that.
