# What constitutes a legitimate cite on this board?

It passed by unremarked from 2:37PM until 2:55PM, when **AHunter3** first questioned whether it was a pre-existing contract. By 3:02PM, **Wierddave** was calling BS on at least the first half of the OP. So it’s not like it was some huge pile-on before anyone got around to questioning the cites in the OP.
