Nothing could be better than unlimited free XL Diet Mountain Dew refills. Seriously, I’d prefer to get nothing. Diet Mountain Dew isn’t really to my taste. ---

Looking out the window from the comfort of my couch dressed in comfy clothes with hot/cold beverage of choice as appropriate to the crappy hot/cold weather outside and knowing I don’t have to go out if I don’t want to. ---

The only thing to recommend about Tucumcari is that cool mountain on the edge of town. (Sorry if I offended any Tucumcari residents; I’ve stayed there a few times, and it’s an old railroad town that has seen better days, and has a motel strip and that’s about it.) ---

Tootling around way out in the country with no specific place to go and no specific time to get there, stopping at any place you darn well want and eating at little ma and pa restaurants. Sitting in a sun-warmed car on a chilly day at a park overlooking Puget Sound (or any pretty place) and taking in the scene. Instead of Mountain Dew, I’d take a lifetime supply of Diet Pepsi. ---

I’d pass on the Dew. Yuck A log home on a quiet lake, good books, good tv, my dogs, a horse, the grandkids on occasion, and no money worries. I guess I’d take my husband too 😃 And unlimited Diet Coke, potato chips, pepperoni pizza and good chocolate. ---

Modified old joke: Nothing would be better than unlimited free XL Diet Mountain Dew refills. A ham sandwich would be better than nothing. And a chance to make it to anywhere beyond Tucumcari before stopping for the night would be _much_ better than a ham sandwich, and definitely better than unlimited free XL Diet Mountain Dew refills. ---
