But the “Czech republic” and “Slovakia” did exist starting in 1969 and had their own governments, which were subordinate to the federal government until the dissolution of Czechoslovakia. ---

I listed 6 plus “other,” which was Luxembourg. I’ve also passed through Germany and England, but they don’t count. I’m not sure Mexico should count, as I was only two or three years old, but I was there. ---

I forgot to check UK and, strangely, the list omitted both Norway and Denmark, each of which I have also been in (Denmark for a few months). Also I have been in Barbados for two or three weeks each for ten consecutive years. Oh, and I forgot to check the US. ---

I’ve only been to Australia and Kazakhstan. I find it funny that I’ve managed to go halfway around the world twice but have never made it to Canada or Mexico, two of our closest neighbors. ---

I’m not sure if I should have included Azerbaijan in my vote. I was there but only on a technicality - I was actually in Nagorno-Karabagh, which is de facto independent.
