# What crime could the missing McStay family be charged with? \[Update: Family found dead\]

Given that the family has now been found dead, the question of what crime they could be charged with is no longer relevant. Let’s move this over to MPSIMS.

The other two bodies have been confirmed to be the children (via DNA testing):

Anyone think this crime will be solved? It’s hard to see how.
