I tried the chat room for the first time also. It can be fun. But it’s unpredictable. Once I went there and no one was in, another time several people were “in” the room but also chatting in other rooms, so they weren’t really there. ---

I already _knew_ I was addicted to this board, so I didn’t need the downtime to tell me that. But by the end of the week, I’d recalled ways that I used to spend my time. I’d spend the first part of my day reading the news on the internet rather than message board posts. The frustrating part was wanting to respond to an article and realizing that there was no such mechanism!
