i never eat proper breakfast, except sometimes on a sunday, where a bacon sandwich is my preferred choice.

Normally I love love love high-fiber breakfast cereals (hot or cold), but I’m starting the induction phase of the Atkins diet today, so–sausage and eggs from McDonald’s. (Generally my stomach boycott’s McD’s, but they actually have pretty tasty breakfast sausage, and I don’t even like sausage usually.)

My biscuit and hash browns are sitting on my desk waiting for me to give them away.
