I learned that I can stay in bed until 8:47 and still have time to catch the 9:25 bus to school. I learned that some sea turtles grow to be bigger than Volkswagens. I learned that when your class has a guest lecturer, the slide projector will not work properly. I learned that it _is_ possible to fall asleep in class, if only for a minute. I learned that when waking up in class, it’s a bad idea to jerk your head up suddenly, calling attention to the fact that you were sleeping. I learned that I’m never going to get rid of this cold as long as my friend and I keep passing it back and forth. I learned that my professor accepted my project proposal. And most of all, I learned that I need to spend more time reading for class and less time playing on the computer. 🙂 ---

I learned that the guy I have a crush on broke up with his girlfriend within the past seven days. I learned that the significant-other coming between best friends things happens to guys, too. (Sk8, I’ll talk to you about that later if you want… i have to find your thread; or IM me) ---

I learned that it really sucks to have a new boyfriend with a cold that happens to care about you enough to not want to get you sick. I learned that my ex is stupider than I thought he was, and a hypocrite to boot. I learned that when you study for something to happen at a certain date, it almost never works out. I learned that Drama is very fun, I can over react with a cause. Kitty ---

I learned that the quiet, obedient, intelligent, Student-of-the-Month-type classroom citizens are indeed still quite capable of pulling of a stunt like deliberately copying–word for word–a friend’s essay test answers. And then lie, to your face, for several minutes about it. Fortunately, she felt like crap when caught and spent the afternoon crying. Hey, at least she cares. ---

I learned that my register allocator doesn’t work when using the “bottom up” algorithm when there are less physical machine registers than virtual registers. _Translation:_ I learned I am going to get a poor grade on my computer science project. :mad: ---
