How would Atheism change family values?

You gave a list and asked what atheist groups emulate those on the list. As far as the Family Research Council is concerned, in what way should atheists be like them? What makes the Family Research Council something to look up to?

Would Atheism make monolithic changes in this world if it were the majority? And what changes would they be? And would the world be better off and why?
Thats not the question, now is it? the question is what do you mean by “traditional family values” and why are they a ‘good thing’ ?
I am not interested in emulation, I am interested in " Replacement", that type of reasoning; what Atheist groups can replace these groups or offer something better than they do to society?

Well explain the Atheist view of family values; if there is a common one. In theory, if Atheist ruled the world, how would that effect family life?
That question cannot be answered until you tell us, specifically, what those organizations on your list actually offer society. Start with the Family Research Council.
Then explain why you believe that. Show me what such a world would be like; explain that and give me a picture of it.

I am more interested in what Atheist organizations would offer society; I am curious as to what would change, I am not asking for Atheist evaluation of the groups on the list, I am requesting an Atheist list to replace what ever they are doing; what is the alternative?

No, because atheism is not monolithic. But one noticeable change would be the abolition of laws based on religious beliefs. And that would make the world a better place to live. As to why… I believe the bar would be set hire for those proposing certain laws because they would need to be based on rational reasons and not just predominant religious family values.
